Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Group

Discover peace with our upcoming Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Group.

Join Siobhan Givens, LPC, every Thursday from 6-7pm starting October 3rd, for a journey to reduce stress, develop coping skills for anxiety and depression, and strengthen your mindfulness muscle.

In this supportive group, you'll:

  • Learn effective stress reduction techniques

  • Develop coping skills for anxiety and depression

  • Practice and process mindfulness with fellow members
