A Support Group for Teachers

Teaching is rewarding, but it also comes with challenges that can feel overwhelming. While supporting students, educators can feel isolated or burnt out. Our Teacher Support Group offers a safe, confidential space to share struggles, victories, and needs with peers who understand.

This group aims to reduce feelings of burnout and isolation by fostering meaningful connections and offering valuable support. Together, we’ll explore techniques to promote mental well-being, manage stress, and stay grounded in the classroom.

Each week, an ACTC facilitator will guide the group through our curriculum to help our educators find peace in their profession.

Group begins Tuesday, March 24, 2026
Meets weekly on Tuesdays for 6-weeks | 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Support Group Sessions will be held via Zoom.

Cost: Completely FREE to attend.
