Jim McGuinness Award Honoree
Jo Ann served as Executive Director of A Chance to Change from 2002 to 2012. During that time, she identified new opportunities and partnerships to ensure its future success such as becoming a United Way partner agency, contracting with Sooner Care, and expanding the free and reduced fee services offered. She also helped to establish the annual fundraiser, Celebrations. Since her retirement in 2012, Jo Ann served as Interim Director in 2015 and 2022. She has also actively served on the Board of Directors for the last 7 years.

Ray, Pat, and Mark Potts
The Potts family have a long history of philanthropy and supporting the community in a multitude of ways. In 1981, Ray and Pat founded what is now known as the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits. Along with their family, they founded the Potts Family Foundation in 1980, which has given away millions of dollars to worthy individuals and organizations. Mark is a longtime advocate for those who struggle with addiction and recovery, serving on the Advisory Board of A Chance to Change.
